IRISH WHISKY
Irish whisky was one of the earliest distilled drinks in Europe, arising around the 12th century. It is believed that Irish monks brought the technique of distilling perfumes back to Ireland from their travels to southern Europe around 1000 AD. The Irish then modified this technique to obtain a drinkable spirit.

Jameson
Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey. What’s that we hear you say. Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple distill them - not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its signature smoothness. Finally, we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years.

Kern
kern is made from the best Irish malts and grains. The whiskey is distilled in pot stills blended and then aged in American oak for 3 to 5 years. Tasting notes a good balance of sweet and dry providing a framework for flavors to emerge. Well structured with honey notes hanging from the nose.

Kilbeggan
Kilbeggan Small Batch Rye is a product of our town's perseverance - the first whiskey 100% distilled and matured at the Kilbeggan Distillery to be released since its restoration was completed in 2010. Featuring a heritage mash of malt, barley, and ~30% rye, this whiskey hearkens back to the late-1800s when many large Irish distillers used rye in their mash.

Liberties
This 10-year-old single malt is abounding with sweet aromas of delicate honey & powdered sugar with floral notes of apple blossom & red fruits. The whiskey has been finished in 30 year old sherry casks – these huge european oak casks imbue deep fruit notes of baked plums, ripe red grapes & give the liquid its deep amber hue. The flavour is rounded out by gorgeous notes of oak & golden syrup before a long lingering finish of rich, dark chocolate. Try this straight up, with just a drop of water to release its aromas.

Proper Twelve
Proper No. Twelve’s Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey is an ultra-smooth blend of golden grain and single malt with hints of vanilla, honey and toasted wood for a rich complexity.

Tullamore Dew
The complex yet approachable flavours in the whiskey are derived from - three types of grain, triple distillation and the blend of all three Irish whiskeys. Grain whiskey gives sweet flavours.
