PINOT NOIR
Pinot Noir is derived from the French words for pine and black. The word pine alludes to the grape variety having tightly clustered, pine cone-shaped bunches of fruit.
Pinot Noir pairs particularly well with duck, chicken, pork, and mushrooms.
